After 16 years we decided to replace our geriatric polycarb roof and settled on a panel roof. After researching a number of companies we found the quote provided by Morespace to be very competitive and the process from initial contact to survey and installation to run smoothly.
The installers, Leo and Owen, for whom nothing was too much trouble, were charm personified. Indeed they offered to secure a loose paved step and to free some conservatory windows that had become stuck for us without being asked. The installation was carried out diligently, tidily and completed to our entire satisfaction. However the day after completion we spotted an issue with the finish that neither Leo or ourselves had noticed. This oversight was flagged up to Peter and to the company’s credit was attended to promptly without fuss. Leo was apologetic on arrival and provided a rectification that even enhanced the visual aspect of the installation.
Despite it being early days, we have experienced both hot sultry days and monsoon type deluges in the interim. It is noticeable how much more comfortable the temperature is in the conservatory now and how conversation can be conducted without the accompaniment of a drum solo!
We are happy with the service Morespace provided, so much so that we have passed on their name to a neighbour’s friend.

Our conservatory was soooo cold for most of the year that we rarely used it. With Lockdown we needed to increase space in our house as much as possible so opted for insulated panels.
